That was very convincing. I mean, I only know Overwatch because one of my friends plays it sometimes, but based on what I have heard, it sounds pretty good!

I'm not that much into Dubstep or Electro (not the modern kind), but imo it does sound very tight, production-wise.
Personally I would easy up a bit on the crazy filter effects (around 1:39 etc.). They sound a bit cheap and uninspired imo.

I also think that for a 2:52 track, it would have benefitted from having a breakdown.

Still, pretty cool track!

One of my favorite songs on Newgrounds. Seriously, so sad to see that you aren't making more stuff, but I understand that life can get in the way. I also miss talking to ya about music n' stuff.

Honestly, I want to say how mind-blown I was when you sent me the Reason file to this, my computer could barely handle the project lol!

This piece will become only more and more nostalgic as the years pass. A true masterpiece in my opinion.

I'm in love with those pad sounds, they are truly out of this world. And then the drums slowly fade in. When the bassline hits, it just gives me this rush. Like I'm going 10 000 km/hour, like you said.
And that second melody just sticks with you, it has that very melancholic feel to it.
Also the basslines you write are so smooth and well put together. The way you end the piece, with the sudden piano part, it just leaves this impression behind .. idk how to describe it. It's really out of this world.

Holy shit that was fast. I like the raw and intense energy. Reminded me a lot of some of the tracks in Dance Dance Revolution, especially with the sudden beat changes.

It does sound veeery messy though and could definitely benefit from a little bit of proper mixing.

Nice track. The track definitely lives up to it's name. Maybe the laser sounds are a bit too much after a while, it would be good to change them up a bit imo. I also think that the track would have benefitted from a breakdown section or something that changes up the track, especially when it's a track that is almost 4 minutes long.

Still, it's a good, catchy and professional-sounding track and I enjoyed it a lot.

Pretty damn epic. I like the theme, it's as if the song is telling a story.
Interesting combination of styles, I like it. The bitcrushing effect at the end really hammers home the "Fall of the gods" part.

Good work

That's certainly "lo-fi", sounds like it was recorded on a type 1 cassette tape at high speed and then slowed down. Pretty cool effect!

And lol, idk what the random SM64 voiceclips are doing in a song like this, hahaha. But it's quite charming and funny.

This was very pleasent, especially the piano. It reminded me a lot of the water levels in SM64. Very dreamy.

DreamEater responds:

Thank you so much for listening bradda! I really wanted to take a swing at this lofi thing that everyone is doing rn.

Idk the clips were just to solidify the theme I was going for, it makes a lot more sense along side the visual accompaniment. Thanks again, you rock old friend!

It upsets me a bit that this isn't more popular. This is truly the best cover of the moon level theme I've heard, I think it's even better than the remastered version from 2013.

This could work as bgm for an animation

Nice track, I really felt the lo-fi vibe here. Some heavy sidechaining though, but I felt that it worked in this piece.
How do you achieve that lo-fi sound? I personally use a multitrack cassette recorder, but it sounds a little too high end.

Oh and by the way: Doe maar een Espresso.
